Shipping

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days with the exception of orders placed on weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. When your order is shipped, you will receive another e-mail as confirmation. Note that standard delivery is through letter mail (untracked). If you've paid for tracked shipping, you will also receive a shipping number along with your shipping confirmation.

Delivery Time

Domestic Swedish orders: 1-5 business days

Orders within the EU: 5-10 business days

International orders (including the US & Canada): 5-14 business days

Import taxes and custom fees

Please be advised that international customers (outside of Sweden) are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or additional fees that may be applied by their destination country. These charges vary depending on the country’s customs regulations, and we are unable to predict their amount or influence them. Please also note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
