Right of Withdrawal

If you've changed your mind about a purchase, you're entitled to withdraw from your order within 14 days — no reason needed. This is your right under EU consumer law.

Withdrawal period

You have 14 days from the date you, or someone you've nominated, receives the goods to notify us of your decision to withdraw.

How to withdraw

Simply fill in the form below and submit it before the 14-day period expires. That's all you need to do — we'll take it from there.

Refunds

Once we've received your withdrawal request, we'll refund all payments made — including standard delivery costs — within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as your original order, unless you request otherwise.

Please note that we may hold the refund until we've received the goods back, or until you've provided proof of return, whichever comes first.

Returning the goods

Please send the items back to us within 14 days of submitting your withdrawal. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
